Just thought I'd tell you there's another warm body with two good ears out here listening to you.
Though I wouldn't describe myself as Gnostic I especially found your "Being Agnostic to be a Gnostic" comments to be spot-on, in light of my own recent "awakening" experience. Prior to that, and after ca. 2 years of devouring sundry literature on various Eastern & Western spiritual philosophy and practices, I had *really* had it up to here with (mainly canonic Christian) theology, it seeming increasingly to me so much presumptuous hot air about things that can't with finality be known by mere mortals. I.e., I had become *totally* agnostic and not happy to be that way.
Following my "meatball" experience, however, I realized I was every bit as know-nothing about how the universe "works" as before but now that was perfectly OK by me. What I encountered gave me a sense of an immense love and warmth at the core of creation, and if later, more specific insights come to me that's fine; if not that's fine too. That day I began (with much yet to learn to be sure) to trust that Divine force.

I hope you no longer feel that your work is not appreciated. It is hard to post a comment on the ITunes site when one is not an Apple customer. Dr. Hoeller's lectures opened my understanding to a self that was confounding. I've wanted to connect with other Gnostics for a while, especially because soon after being light minded I went into a dry, dark and foggy period. Your message is timely and relevant to me. You are making available a consolation which I have hoped for, even acknowledging the shadow that comes with making gnosis public.
The power of the myth compels me to lay burdens at my own gates but my inflated feeling is that Dr's. Jung and Campbell and the High Priests of old leave a bait there for me.
